Furthermore, colleges may require specific SAT Subject Tests for particular majors or special programs. For example, most colleges require, or at least strongly recommend, that applicants to engineering and computer science majors provide SAT Subject Tests for Math Level 2 and a science. Many colleges that offer accelerated medical and dental programs (so called BA/MD or BA/DDS programs), require applicants to take the Math Level 2 and Chemistry Subject Tests. Lastly, colleges may have a different set of SAT Subject Test requirements for home-schooled students.
